DOZbrand Returns & Refund Policy

At DOZbrand, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in producing and preparing our products.

Standard Products

For eligible non customised items purchased online, customers may cancel their order within 14 days of receiving their goods, without providing a reason.

Customers then have a further 14 days to return the items.

Items should be returned with reasonable care, preferably unworn, unwashed and with their original packaging and tags where available. Customers may be responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the goods.

Customised & Personalised Products

Products made to a customer’s individual specifications or clearly personalised, including clothing featuring customer requested names, logos or designs, are generally excluded
