By placing an order with DOZbrand, you agree to the following terms:

Orders & Payments: All prices are displayed in GBP (£). Full payment is required before orders are processed.

Processing & Delivery: Orders are typically processed within 2 working days and 7 working days for custom made. UK deliveries are made through Royal Mail, with an estimated delivery time of 3 to 5 working days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary.

Custom Orders: Customers are responsible for providing accurate sizes, designs and personalisation details. Custom made items cannot be returned for a change of mind, but this does not affect your statutory rights if an item is faulty, damaged or not as described.

Returns & Refunds: Eligible standard items may be returned within 14 days of delivery, subject to applicable consumer rights. Customers should contact us to arrange a return.

Product Information: We aim to display accurate product descriptions, colours and sizes. Slight colour variations may occur due to screen settings.
